Reviews for Servcorp - 140 William Street, Melbourne

Maddie and the team at Servcorp provide a professional and friendly environment in which to establish and grow your business in a landmark CBD location on William Street. The building facilities and panoramic views of the CBD from Bourke Street Mall to Port Phillip Bay are world class and second to none.

"Excellent solution, wonderful staff and excellent value for money!" - This was my review 2 years ago. Yes the views are excellent, and they have just done up the whole floor. However, Servcorp as a company are appalling. They are overpriced, charge extras for things you don't even know exist, and are absolutely miserly when you change your contract. I would advise anyone considering this option to carefully review other options and compare contracts!

Very helpful staff who made our stay while moving to a new permanent office a pleasure. Very nice, classic office fittings with good amenities. Fantastic location on the 40th floor. The building is very close to several tram routes and train stations.

We've been looked after by the 40/140 William Street Melbourne team for nearly a year and we're delighted with the Servcorp service. It's vital for our cloud-first business that prospective clients have a good experience when they first speak to our organisation. With Servcorp our virtual reception, this is usually one of their staff, and they are delivering a great first impression of abode migration lawyers. Moreover, that professional presentation has been maintained when hosting client meetings.

Really nice setting, clean and modern. Reception staff kept me waiting so long before contacting the people I was meeting with, I gave up and phoned them myself.
