Reviews for My Goodness Pizza

On Sunday 1st Sept my four sister’s and myself chose to eat at your restaurant in Lonsdale Street Melbourne. Three of us ordered the chicken salad which was by far the worst salad I have had in all my life. My older sister complained to the young man whom was very nice and the salad’s were supposedly redone. They were no different. They hardly had any pumpkin, avocado or cucumber but my main issue was it was soaked in oil with a tiny bit of balsamic vinegar. It was like eating oil. I could not eat it and neither could my sisters. We were reinbursed our cost of our salad. I also ordered sweet potato wedges and a smoothie. Both delicious and the burgers two of my sisters had were lovely. Could I make a suggestion to please put dressings on the side in two containers. I will never ever go to My Goodness ever again and will never ever recommend to anyone. Photos below. Thank you Patricia Phipps Sent from my iPhone

After deliberating over this place and the nearby Royal Stacks, both of which looked great and had excellent reviews, I chose My Goodness. The staff member behind the bar seemed a little aloof and disinterested, at odds with what many reviewers have said about the service here. But the food was excellent. Chips were hot and crispy and the burger ingredients (I had the chicken burger) were all deliciously fresh.

Really liked their vegetarian pizzas, so yum! The heating upstairs was wayyyy too intense and made the dining experience difficult for me, found it suffocating and hard to breathe because it was too hot and stuffy and lacking good ventilation, Would’ve been nice to have a QR system upstairs too rather than going downstairs everytime to order something. Other than that, once we moved downstairs it was better. Food was delicious and nice pizza and burger options. Do think the big avocado slices was a bit random but the vegan chicken and vegetarian patch pizza with eggplant and pumpkin was yummy

Came here for a quick bite to eat as my husband has been previously and liked the burgers. My kids both enjoyed their cheeseburgers, nice soft buns, and cooked perfect. I ordered a prosecco, and it was warm. I had to take it back and he appoligised knowing that it was warm and didnt have any other prosecco to offer me that was cold but was happy to give me ice to add to it to make it cold. We ordered a Margherita, it was tasty but a little too salty for my liking, however my hubby absolutely loved it. Each to their own. There is seating upstairs, which we didn't know that had a few games. It would help if there was a sign stating more seating where the toilets sign is. The young boy who served us was attentive and very polite. The pizza was cooked nicely and had a great sourdough crust! They also have an ice cream bar out the front.

When we visited "Oh My Goodness" in Melbourne, we were in the city to decide if we would move there for good. We left our hotel on Spencer Street and were walking around trying to find a place to eat when we spotted this gem on Lonsdale Street. We walked in just a minute before 4 pm and ordered burgers and beers. Our order arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and the person who brought us our food (perhaps the owner?) was so gracious that he put us at ease instantly. He explained that we came in a minute before 4 pm and the person at the counter didn't realize that and sold us the items at their usual price. However, 4 pm marked the start of happy hour, so he returned some money to us as a discount, which he didn't need to do since we had no idea. The warmth and kindness of this gentleman (I'll be sure to get his name next time) were so astounding that we visited that outlet once again and another one in the city which was okay. I'd highly recommend this place at Lonsdale Street and hope you can interact with the same person we had the pleasure of meeting.
