Went for lunch recently. The croquette of the day was pretty average. The prawn sliders were really good. The tuna and mango ceviche was fresh. The rice bowl with prawn and avocado was great and I would order again. Steak was cooked perfectly. The potatoes were a little rich with the salsa verde. The brûlée was awesome. Service was excellent. Would return and recommend

Liked this place quite a bit! Interestingly for a place that bills itself as Argentinian that one normally associates with meat, meat and more meat, we enjoyed the fresher non-meat dishes more (e.g. Ceviche). Croquettes were a hit too.

Absolutely gorgeous. Lovely staff, outstanding food and a great vibe. Really enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to come back. Thank you!

Great lively atmosphere, service was a bit busy and didn’t check in much. Food was pretty good, although no one was that taken by the lamb shoulder, which was recommended to us.

True South is a modern Argentinian Restaurant with good vibes and good food. The restaurant bustling and packed on a busy Saturday night. We were fortunately enough to get a seat for 2 without a booking. The restaurant was casual and felt very comfortable. The service was polite and efficient. We had the Cordero Asado (slow roasted lamb shoulder). The lamb was cooked beautifully and was deliciously tender. THe gravy was nice and thick with a strong lamb flavour. Could have been better if there was a slight bit of extra salt though. Also had the special of Seafood Chicharron - which was essentially fish and chips. The fish was beautifully flaky and the batter had a nice bite. Overall a great feed in a nice busy environment. As expected the prices were a little on the higher end though worth a try if in the area.
