Wonderful base for exploring Melbourne. The hotel was in contact with me before my trip because we reserved an extra night to ensure we could check in at 7 AM when we arrived. The staff was very attentive, rooms were clean. The beds were so comfortable, rooms were quiet and the shower was luxurious. The location was in the center square of the town, so easy to access the attractions. The only downside was that many of the shops near by did not open on the weekend when we were there.

I love staying here. Friendly, professional, courteous staff. Great food!!!!!! The location is the best. Easy access to everything if you use the tram from straight outside the door. Or a car, or Uber or a taxi service. But if you are not interested in trying to find a park everywhere you go, the trams are easy to work out. The best place to stay in Melbourne.

We stayed at the Hilton for the first time over the weekend and we will definitely be returning. The staff are absolutely amazing, they are kind, welcoming and great to deal with. The food was absolutely delicious. The rooms are great and so is the location. What I loved the most is all the staff made an effort to include my son and have a chat with him. He felt so included and kept telling everyone how lovely the people at the Hilton are. Thank you again for everything š

Great hotel. Over-delivered on every front. Seemingly the original Hilton in Melbourne and beautifully renovated. Great classic European feel throughout. Absolutely spotless. Lobby, restaurant, bar immaculate. Rooms, so clean, spacious and stylish. The alleyway view did not detract from the ambience. The staff were the highlight. Obviously well trained and well drilled. All were friendly, professional, full of smiles and nothing was too much trouble. 5 stars all round.

We stayed at the Hilton and it was excellent but in particular I wanted to call out the staff for their service. One of our colleagues had somewhat of a medical emergency and Jeremy (GM) and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing at looking after us and providing the required care. They went above and beyond and we'll never forget the level of service they provided. Rest assured on all future business trips we will be staying at this Hilton. Thank you team!
