Update : after the investigation the manager said like we can NOT do any thing to you . They told me that directly on the phone . I really don’t recommend the food to any one . The the reason that I make the complaint late . It is so unacceptable reason . I attended the six-course meal, and the atmosphere and the view were really nice! However, may I ask who the chef is preparing our food? Are they qualified to cook? The food was quite disappointing, and I honestly couldn’t believe it. The dishes were full of strange spices, and more than four of them had a burning taste. It was a combination of bitterness and extreme spiciness at the same time! The flavor was sharp, strong, and often overpowering, which made it very unpleasant. I really didn’t like it at all. We paid over $400, and honestly, we didn’t get anything special to eat. I felt dissatisfied but didn’t mention it to anyone because I was with my partner, and I didn’t want to complain in front of him. I also have to mention that the waiter was not professional. She kept telling silly jokes in front of us, which was really inappropriate. I wasn’t in the mood for that at all, and it made me feel uncomfortable. The staff need to be more professional and should know how to properly handle VIP clients.

Kate and the team even waived the fee for upgrading the kids’ meals, saying it was a Christmas gift for us. That was truly thoughtful. Thank you to your team! I spend Christmas Eve here every year. The service is absolutely excellent. I will come again next year.
