Eureka 89 boasts what might be the best view in Melbourne: a sweeping vista of the city skyline and way, way beyond, through floor-to-ceiling windows and from the vantage point of the iconic Eureka Tower. If that alone isn't enough to prompt potential event planners to get in touch, the venue also boasts enough space for 400, and facilities to accommodate groups as small as 20 guests. Corporate events, weddings and private celebrations are all easily hosted within Eureka 89. Use the venue exclusively, or split it into two separate sections.
The Southern Point of the venue is especially notable, with a custom-designed private bar and spectacular chandelier to make proceedings even more memorable. Eureka 89 isn't a venue for casual get-togethers or a bunch of beers on the weekend. Rather, we recommend this space for sophisticated cocktail parties or milestone celebrations or corporate functions that need to leave an impression.

Thank you Eureka 89 Team to provide a great table with good view to us. It’s awesome. The staff who names Leo, has a good introduction when he served the dishes and outstanding service. The food was excellent. Especially, they provided the nice birthday cake. It’s unforgettable.

The team was great! The managers were lovely and made sure we are alright. The waiters all smiled at us and they took really good care of us. Karen was my section waiter and she was so kind and Nene was a nice commi. B did the best drinks and knew everything about the food! And the kitchen of course did the best job with the food! Louise French the bartender had exceptional skill. I've travelled extensively and been in many hotel settings and hospitality. She really had an Eye for detail. You can see a passion for every cocktail she crafted. The food was exceptional except for one course but you'll get that. Your service was fantastic. Zap was our waiter, and he was lovely. Food came out in a timely manner, and staff were great all around keeping water and drinks topped up, as well as remembering all the names of the dishes (even if I didn’t understand half of what was said, but it sounded fancy). I had the vegetarian set menu of 6 plates, which was pretty good - but the Heirloom Beetroot and Essence of a Carrot definitely had some room for more flavour or substance of some sort. Pretty normal for a vegetarian dish, but disappointing considering the standard of the meat dishes was high. The view was great, and I highly recommend the Coconut mocktail, it tasted like Bounty (but I’m a sucker for a milkshake with dinner, what can I say?) I’d come back here again once there’s a new menu to try :)
