We had an amazing valentines day lunch at this cloud top dining venue which provided some top notch food, presented beautifully and tasted even better. The veggie option was superb as well! The wine package was fantastic value for money and was delicious, the music created an ambience that paired well with the aesthetic of the experience. The staff were the best bit about it, Ciara was our server and was polite, funny, friendly and professional. 10/10 for her, give her a raise! Would highly recommend this and also get the cheese option it was 🤌 Will come again!

Eureka 89 offers an incredible dining experience with an unbeatable view of the city and the Yarra River. The panoramic sights from the restaurant are absolutely stunning and provide the perfect backdrop for a memorable meal. The food is exceptional, with each dish beautifully prepared and full of flavor. A big thanks to the chefs for creating such a wonderful culinary experience. However, while the food and view were fantastic, the service unfortunately left something to be desired. The staff didn’t seem particularly engaged, and there was a noticeable lack of enthusiasm. No one came by to check if we needed more drinks or if everything was to our satisfaction. For a restaurant of this caliber, I would have expected a more attentive and personable service to match the quality of the food and the incredible setting. Overall, Eureka 89 is a great spot for the views and the food, but the service definitely needs some improvement to make the experience truly exceptional. Would still recommend it, but I hope the service can be enhanced for future visits

I know my pictures are not fantastic but what a beautiful experience and a great way to see the sprawling exciting city of Melbourne. We were lucky enough to attend an event at Eureka 89 at Southbank. Our host and service staff were amazing and so attentive. We were treated to drinks and fancy canapes. What an enjoyable time. It's a must see and do.

I would go back to this place a million times. I think about the food weekly. Every single meal from the 8 - course meal we had was unique and so well crafted. From the flavour, to the technique, it was truly an experience worth having. Everyone needs to try this place at least once! Looking forward to coming back here often. Waiters were super attentive also.

The views here are absolutely breathtaking, and that’s the main draw. Unfortunately, the 6 course tasting menu for $200 felt overpriced (not including drinks). The food itself was average and plating was a bit lonely “big plate with tiny things” eg. the duck dish. The venue itself is a bit dated; more functional than luxurious. Black table clothes and outdated furniture contributed to a somewhat tacky and old fashion atmosphere. Service was friendly though! Important note: this experience required full prepayment with no refund policy. It also took around 2.5 hours from start to finish.
