Our second stay at Hotel Chadstone and I can’t say enough about the Hotel and staff. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, modern and immaculately clean. The pool is stunning, especially at night and has great hours so you can be sure to find time to use it after your shopping day. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options for all dietary requirements, and the dining room staff are lovely and helpful with special requests. We stayed to celebrate my daughter's birthday and the concierge assisted me with ordering balloons and arranged a special amenity to greet us in the room. The care that was taken in making our stay extra special was beyond expectations! Amazing experience, convenience and service. Great value for money. Don't hesitate to book. Thank you to the entire team for everything. We can’t wait to return and encourage everyone to visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Chadstone. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. We stayed as part of the Hello Kitty experience and my daughter was over the moon to find a special sweet treat as well as gifts in the room upon arrival. The kids especially loved the virtual bowling and complementary lolly buffet and swimming in the heated pool. The room itself was very comfortable and buffet breakfast had a good selection and wasn't overly crowded. Short walk to Chadstone for some shopping. Definitely recommend for a fun family weekend with something for everyone.

Loved it! We've been a few times before. We chose the shopping spree special to help celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The lovely staff, especially Hazel and Alan from the concierge. Alan was delightful. He greeted us and took the time to chat with our kids as well, making jokes. Hazel was lovely, making us feel special with a gift after hearing we were staying for our anniversary. We love this hotel for the high-end quality of the rooms and facilities, the delicious quality buffet breakfast and of course the proximity to the chadstone shopping centre. We enjoyed the pool this time and hope to stay longer on our next visit

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Chadstone, and the experience was outstanding! The room was beautifully decorated, cozy, and impeccably clean. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide selection of freshly prepared options, from made-to-order omelettes to delicious pastries. A special thank you to Raezel in the restaurant for her outstanding service and warm hospitality. The staff truly made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Honestly cannot speak highly enough of this hotel, it is a 10/10 and a must stay. From the check-in experience the staff were absolutely outstanding, friendly and welcoming. Making the special occasion feel extra special. Through to the rooms that were immaculately clean and perfectly laid out. The facilities at the hotel were brilliant, and the 18+ pool after 9pm is a brilliant idea and was certainly a massive bonus for us. Nothing was too much of an effort for the staff who certainly go the extra mile to ensure that you enjoy your stay. The buffet breakfast was outstanding and great value with plenty of choice available for all. First time staying here, and will certainly be back several more. As an Accor ALL GOLD member, this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in with the highest level of customer service I have ever received. Hats off to the outstanding management and staff that run this hotel, making it a highly enjoyable experience.
