We celebrated my birthday there recently and the service we received was exceptional. That said, the food is great as well and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. The burrata in satay sauce was sensational and the focaccia was so soft. We also had the chicken ribs, the Gippsland ribeye and the roasted cauliflower. The ribeye was a little burnt as the char was a little overpowering but nonetheless, it was still a great dish. There was so much food and I would never say no to a tiramisu. A piece of advice, do make space in your stomach for the Tiramisu as it was heavenly.

We had an incredible dining experience at Chiki Chan, Mordialloc, thanks to Jade’s exceptional service! Her warm, attentive approach truly made our evening special. We opted for the $55 feed me menu, and it was a culinary delight from start to finish. Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Jade went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, making us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout. Highly recommend Chiki Chan for not just the fantastic food but also the amazing hospitality. Thank you, Jade, for making it a memorable night!

Highly recommend Chiki Chan. We had the $69 feed me menu, and it was great value for money. All of the food was amazing, and we all left very full and happy. The "szechuan" burrata was outstanding. We also loved the Hokkaido scallop crudo, crispy Barramundi and the roasted cauliflower.

The "feed me menu" should be renamed to "starve me menu." I honestly feel like I just got scammed😭 We came here last November '24 with 15 mates for my wife's birthday and you guys impressed me with the service and food quality. It is sad to see standards have dropped. I was left dissapointed and embarassed to have brought my whole family(12of us) to dine here to experience the great service and food we previously had. The price increase is not an issue for us at all however the fact that we are now paying more and getting less servings was upsetting. We previously had generous servings of 12 variety of dishes with 2 variety of dessert. This time round, we only had 6 servings and 1 dessert. What a joke! We had to go to another restaurant after to feed the family since the portions and servings were so small. You honestly have just lost customers and I will definitely won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone Not happy Jan!

Took my family here on my birthday. The atmosphere is perfect, staffs are very friendly and attentive. Foods are nice but a bit salty for me personally. Will definitely recommend to friends 🥳
