•Chiki Chan brings Asian-inspired modern Melbourne cuisine to the forefront of the Mordi Bayside. From the neon signs lighting up dark alleyways to the artwork scattered around town – we can’t get enough. We love Melbourne and we love Asian flavours. Chiki Chan is the modern definition of ‘East meets West’, but in a more down to earth, relaxed setting. At Chiki Chan, we’re not afraid to play with fire. We take what you know about the modern Melbourne kitchen and turn it all the way up; from the food – think Italian-style burrata with Szechuan chilli oil, or the ever-classic roast chook with our fun Malaysian spin – to the music, neon lights and interior. As for our drinks, we try to be as ethical and sustainable as possible, finding beauty and elegance in simplicity. There won’t be a garnish on any drink unless it’s a byproduct of the prep process, or as an ode to one of the flavours we’re highlighting. Chiki Chan is all about having a good time – so pop by and have a taste. Find out just how cheeky we can be.

We celebrated a double birthday with you and we couldn’t have been happier. The food was absolutely delicious the ambience and staff were brilliant. Our waiter Jackson was amazing, he was as friendly as he was professional. Couldn’t fault anything. We will definitely be back !
We celebrated my birthday there recently and the service we received was exceptional. That said, the food is great as well and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. The burrata in satay sauce was sensational and the focaccia was so soft. We also had the chicken ribs, the Gippsland ribeye and the roasted cauliflower. The ribeye was a little burnt as the char was a little overpowering but nonetheless, it was still a great dish. There was so much food and I would never say no to a tiramisu. A piece of advice, do make space in your stomach for the Tiramisu as it was heavenly.
You absolutely must go! This place is worth every bite—no doubt about it. The fusion menu is nothing short of amazing, and the Wagyu beef fried rice is truly the best. The dessert — T-Latte Tiramisu is my favourite. An unforgettable dining experience!
The food was amazing!! Szechuan Burrata and Wagyu Beef Fried Rice is a must have. The taste and flavours are out of this world. Restaurant vibe feels luxurious yet naughty. Staff was super friendly, accommodating and treats you like a long lost friend. Was told that they have event halls for private events and also a bar/club upstairs. Will definitely come again here to try their different dishes and experience their clubbing scene next
Great experience. The staff were absolutely lovely, kind and attentive. The food was delicious, especially the oysters. The Prawn Egg Noodles were very tasty as well. Only complaint was the ice-cream portion, which was a small scoop. But otherwise, I'm definitely coming back.
