Trendy and modern venue with a touch of nostalgia. I love that they have kept the stained glass windows from the old pub. The balcony is a great place to sit and enjoy a drink on a sunny day

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rouge Squire has quickly become one of my favourite places to eat! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with such warmth, it feels like I’m visiting friends. The staff are so lovely and always make me feel welcome, even remembering my favourite dishes! Speaking of the food—it’s amazing. You can tell so much care goes into every meal, and the flavours are just spot on. Whether I’m there for a casual dinner or a catch-up with friends, it’s always such a great experience. Rouge Squire really feels like a home away from home. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Good food and good atmosphere. You'll have to crane your neck to a great view of the Dandenongs though! There's an upstairs dining area and downstairs bar, each have their own vibe. Great selection of beverages (as you'd expect) and a good range of dishes to choose from too.

Amazing experience having brunch at the venue for a catch up with friends. Our host Romanna and staff were so accommodating and service was fantastic. Food and drinks was delicious with great variety. Will definitely return without question.
