Stayed on 2nd floor (Baht room, no amenity set-up). At check-in, staff informed that lower-floor room was allocated as booking was made via 3rd party. They also recommended booking directly with hotel website for better room allocation and benefits. Management may consider complimenting the staff for professionally promoting direct booking.

We stayed for 4 night for our first Australian open experience, as a package I booked. The location was great. The room we had was fine however the bathroom needed upgrading and the guest services needed a few calls for towels etc after they serviced the room. There is also no room service as normal, you have to go to reception to pick up your order which is fine if u don’t have your PJs on. 🤪 The bed however was super comfy, very clean and the buffet breakfast was great!

This property is the perfect location being right on Southbank but only minutes away from walking into the city. Riverview room was lovely and room was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms could do with a refresh and the lighting wasn't the best but overall a nice experience and would stay here again. 24 hour room service would have been good too as we arrived late at night. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Rooms were very comfortable and room service was very prompt and helpful. Breakfast was really good except for the male waiter who couldn't be bothered to refill the knife container and told us to use our spoon to cut our food instead. Eventually I found a waitress who was accommodating and helpful and refilled the knife container. Other than this negative experience our stay was enjoyable.

Self check in was straight forward which took no more than 5 minutes. Queen room was average as you would expect for a 2-3 star hotel, the bathroom needs to be renovated. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. Towels were thin and rough. Room service needs major Improvement/training. Cutleries left unwashed, rubbish not emptied, they don’t vacuum the floor. Only thing they do was make up your bed and provide new towels. Location was great, that is pretty much it.
