I brought my best friend, who flew in from another state for her birthday. Based on the photos and videos I saw online, I thought this would be the ideal place to celebrate her special day. The view and atmosphere are absolutely stunning! Staffs were friendly. You really can't go wrong with a bottle of Veuve, but it was served at room temperature. Why? However, the food was disappointing. We had caviar, and I had never seen it served with crumbled boiled eggs, king salmon, and chips that clearly came from a frozen bag. The crab timbale had a flavour reminiscent of canned tuna. Food overall was mediocre except for the risotto. That was delicious!

Strato Melbourne Bar and Restaurant offers an incredible location with breathtaking views from the top floor, making it a perfect spot for a night out. The ambiance is elegant, and the staff are warm and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. However, the food quality does not quite match the premium pricing. While the presentation is impressive, the flavors and execution could be improved to justify the cost. Given the stunning setting and excellent service, a slight upgrade in the culinary experience would make this venue truly exceptional. Still, it’s a great place to enjoy drinks with a view!

Perfect for any occasion. We were a bit nervous to book, having read some of the reviews but we are so glad we did. It was nothing short of wonderful. The greeting, food, the cocktails, the views! The views were simply stunning. From sunset to city lights.We would have given service 5 stars however it was a bit slow at times with drinks. But other than that, a wonderful night. Thank you Strato. We will be back!

Went for a quick dinner. Nice restaurant with beautiful views tucked behind an equally nice bar. There is a good selection of drinks including a range of single malts. The tortilla chips weren't crunchy, but the hummus was good. Ordered the chicken breast, perfectly cooked, with crunbed brie, asparagus and a delectable tomato jam. Overall, a nice plate. Service was good, both at the bar and restaurant.

Steaks is beautiful but the lunch menu is average overall. Bar menu looks better options. The staff is super nice and pay attention to reservation details. Very much appreciated!
