This is a 5 star hotel with minor inconveniences that can easily be fixed but made it feel 4 star. Bad: - Old TCL tvs that are hard to work with (especially when casting) - WiFi is medieval, it's so slow - Standing shower doesn't have proper sealant around the door so it leaks into the bathroom if you shower too long Good: - Rooms ~ they're beautiful and comfortable, and despite the shower leaks, it is a nice shower - Air Conditioner had me shivering if set too low - Restaurant, bar, and band room are great - Location ~ right next to a train station for easy travel anywhere in the city, as well as great restaurants nearby - LOCATION ~ Dude it's right next to the beach and Luna Park Overall great, would book again.

Found myself in the area and stopped into the public bar for dinner on a recent work trip. The bar is tastefully renovated and offers a decent menu - there’s a fancier dining room if that’s your thing. My steak was cooked to perfection and the fries were hot and crispy. The beach and boardwalk of St Kilda are 5 minutes walk away or you can walk along Fitzroy St to take in some of the local atmosphere. Definitely recommended.

Loved our stay at the prince, check in staff were super friendly, location is amazing. The room was comfy and modern and even had 2 balconies! I could hear a bit of noise from the street in the middle of the night, however it was st kilda festival so was expecting it! Looking forward to staying at prince again and would recommend to anyone visiting St Kilda!

I visited The Prince Public Bar last weekend and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, and the staff were super friendly. I was served by an American guy who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Highly recommend this place for both tasty food and excellent service!
