Got to the room in summer and it was 30 degrees Celsius. Turn AC to 19 degrees and no air was coming out of the vents. Called down stairs to request assistance working the wall mounted controls for them to tell me they’ll activate it on their end. I asked what do you mean? And he said you need to call and ask for AC to be activated. I was shocked. I had a shower to cool off and then back to the room. Still no AC. Called again and they said it takes 20-30 minutes for air flow to start. It was 1am. So waited and sweated for 20 minutes in bed until the low flow air kicked on. Crazy that you need to call to request AC to be turned on and then to wait 30 minutes for it to activate. 1 star!!!

Stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Perth and had a wonderful experience! The hotel is excellent, with modern amenities and a comfortable ambiance. The service is truly perfect – the staff were attentive, friendly, and made our stay memorable. The only suggestion I have is to add more variety to the breakfast menu, as it could use a bit more diversity. Overall, a great place to stay, and I’d happily recommend it!

Depsite of the old design and furniture the room is spacious enough. Comfy bed with pillows that are not too soft to my liking. Stable complementary wifi. Air conditioning is well functioning and responsive. Water flow from both tab and shower is strong. Room is equipped with a mini-fridge, a hairdryer, a kettle and bottled waters which would be refilled daily. I did not hear noises from my neighbors but definitely heard housekeeping from other rooms and some drilling sounds here and there in the morning, which was kind of disturbing with notice given out previously.

Hotel is good. Do not pay $25 for the breakfast though. Coffee machine in the breakfast area makes watery coffee, not drinkable, they only have a wood swizzle stick for coffee spoons, amazingly poor for a so called restaurant. Watery eggs sitting is warmers, oily bacon sitting in warmers, the buffet $25 breakfast just not up to scratch. Walk around the corner, there are 3 cafes nearby that make a proper breakfast for the same price cooked to order. But for accommodation the hotel is a good 4 star hotel. My 3rd floor room has no view at all, just a concrete wall which seems to be a car park. So specify you want daylight view at least. If you here for business I suggest something a bit closer to the shops etc.

Saw a huge cockroach zip by in the lobby right as I entered the hotel. The explanation (after requesting one from the manager) was, Australia is a hot country and cockroaches are common... That is not an excuse. I live in hot climate country where there are also cockroaches but I don't see them in hotels, especially not ones with four stars. There was also an issue with the hotel's system recording which rooms have breakfast included. Several people in my group, myself included, were told our breakfast is not included, when it actually is. After having to ask the staff check again multiple times, they then said we were right, our breakfast is indeed included. This is unacceptable. Will not be staying here again, and our future tour groups to Perth will consider other hotels with better service instead.
