Saw a huge cockroach zip by in the lobby right as I entered the hotel. The explanation (after requesting one from the manager) was, Australia is a hot country and cockroaches are common... That is not an excuse. I live in hot climate country where there are also cockroaches but I don't see them in hotels, especially not ones with four stars. There was also an issue with the hotel's system recording which rooms have breakfast included. Several people in my group, myself included, were told our breakfast is not included, when it actually is. After having to ask the staff check again multiple times, they then said we were right, our breakfast is indeed included. This is unacceptable. Will not be staying here again, and our future tour groups to Perth will consider other hotels with better service instead.

It was an immense pleasure to be a guest at Four Points by Sheraton Perth. I felt genuinely welcomed by all the beautiful souls I met. Checked in was done on the 15th of December, and was conducted by a welcoming and smiling staff namely Mr Hans. Check-in went smoothly and was very well organised and managed. We felt the warmth in his tone of voice. And this made us feel at home. Mr Hans answered a few questions regarding some whereabouts in Perth. He is very knowledgeable. As the information were all precise. Mr Hans is highly professional and I commend his good work and attitude. Sarah was also at the reception. She was fabulous in performing her job as well. She was very attentive to minute details and was always smiling. We appreciated her professionnalism too. Leo from Reception/Guest Services is another very good asset of the hotel. I wish to highlight his high level of professionalism. He is very well trained, for sure, but its in his natural being as well I guess. On the phone, he spoke softly and calmly, unlike many other people in all hotels Ive been to across the globe. He has a good tone of voice and is a very good listener. He doesn't answer and speak roughly. Hats off Mr Leo. Last but not the least, we availed the services of Best Brews. I had the best beer, which is the Four Points one. Fish and chips were good too. Thank you Mr Vivek Pathak for your great hospitality. You smile genuinely and work passionately. Keep the good work.

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable from start to finish. The rooms were well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a short stay, and they were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff we encountered at reception and throughout our visit were consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful, enhancing our overall experience. Given the high level of service and the prime location, we would definitely choose to book this hotel again for our next trip to Perth.

The hotel's bar and restaurant are highlights, with tasty food and a good selection of drinks. While some rooms might show signs of wear, the friendly staff and solid amenities make it a decent choice for business travelers and those attending events at the Arena.

Great rooms, with good facilities in an excellent location. Rooms are much more spacious than other hotels in a similar price range. Only minor gripe was that my room was right next to the lifts.
