The perfect weekend getaway for me and my partner. Great location, within walking distance to the heart of the city. Hotel staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Check In was seamless, with a very inviting lobby as you first arrive. Great Irish bar on the ground floor with a good atmosphere and great selection of drinks. The rooms are well kept and spacious. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and pleased to say we'll be back again for sure.

Happy with the room, service, facilities and location. Great to be close to everything in Perth. Also appreciated being able to leave my luggage with concierge after check out as I had a late flight and could enjoy the day until it was time to leave for the airport. Handy having a filtered or sparkling water dispenser in the lobby also.

This is one of the worst hotels I ever lived in Australia. The hotel is very expensive, but the stay was not worth the price due to the poor experience. Water pressure is so low, and the hot/cold water is separate, you need spend very long time to get suitable temperature. But as the water pressure is very low,so if you turn on the water, you can find the water flow is getting slower and slower, this means the suitable water temperature you just adjused will change all the time during showering. Moreover, the reception rejected my request for changing a room with better water pressure. In a summary, a cheap motel will be a better choice.

Novotel Langley was a huge disappointment. Over AUD 300/night for a dated room with no water pressure in the shower, a cheap shower curtain, loose toilet seat and sagging toilet roll holder (roll constantly feel off). We were charged 3 days of parking although we checked out 1 day early. Not even a swimming pool. Staff were inefficient and poorly informed. Would not recommend to anyone, as there are so many other hotels with a similar location.

We've stayed in a few different rooms here including the spa suite and although it's an older hotel it still is clean and comfortable. The spa suite was a generous corner room overlooking both river/park and city. The spa suite itself was massive, with a priced stocked mini bar/ snacks, generous walk in wardrobe and large corner spa and also seperate shower. The king room we stayed it was a little dated with a small bathroom with a shower over a small bath. Still very clean and comfortable and well presented. There's a nice pub below I recommend the truffle chips 😋. There's car parking underneath with parking costing $35 for 24hrs. Loved the location and will definitely stay many more times.
