Although the room looked reasonably clean, the bed sagged in the middle, its wheels stuck out quite far and we both tripped on them, there were a few minor issues with the bathroom, eg: under the sink pipes were quite grubby, could also do with a small cupboard in there for excess stock eg, toilet rolls, TISSUES, hair dryer. We found the controls for the TV didn't work for this set, maybe the controls have been mixed up with another room if they were supposed to have been updated before. The price was plastered on a sign at the front of the building but our paid price didn't co-incide with this, HMM not impressed, the loud humming sound of the evap cooler on the roof of the building was really annoying. WON'T be coming back.

Room was freezing, heater had no effect, long life milk expired 10 months ago and curdled, (which is how I found out) sign says $69! Bit of a trap it was actually $90, no reception to help, all done on line so issues are difficult, city attitude has come to the country!! However it was clean!

Bedsheets and towels not changed and there was nowhere to hang your towel in the bathroom and there was no warm blanket on the bed just a doona sheet and there was no laundry if you were a long stay person . Apart from that the bed was comfortable and they provided you with tea coffee, microwave ,TV ,plat, bowls, kitchen stuff and things to wash up and Cup and little thing of milk and it was close to the shops in walking distance and it was great value for money worth

Bedsheets and towels not changed from previous guest. In all fairness we didn't notify owner as was too late - I'm sure owner would deal with this issue if she knew.

The Room was the worst. The microwave didn’t even work. It was so dirty. Don’t stay here it’s a overpriced dirty place.
