Perfect location. The Valet parking team were so helpful and friendly. The Executive Suite room was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 little ones. Buffet breakfast was amazing!!! Best hotel we have stayed at in Sydney hands down. Loved everything about it.
It’s in a quiet nook in the middle of the city and super close to a bunch of attractions (walking distance to parks, aquarium, public transport etc). The rooms are adequately sized for the price and the service has been amazing! Kane on the concierge and the others at the front desk have all been super friendly and accommodating for our boisterous twins haha. Special shout out to house keeping- every day our room was made into an immaculate masterpiece- ours and the boys shoes all nearly aligned, toothbrushes neatly stacked and they even folded our pj’s that were on the bathroom bench (whoever made our room on weds deserves a raise!). Haven’t finished our stay yet but having such a great experience so far!
We recently stayed at PARKROYAL Darling Harbour and had an incredible experience! The hotel’s prime location made it so easy for us to explore Sydney. It’s within walking distance to Darling Harbour, where we enjoyed the SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium and great dining spots, and just a quick Uber or ferry ride to Circular Quay, where we visited the Opera House, Manly Beach, and other iconic locations. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and super comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day of exploring. The staff was friendly, professional, and always happy to help, making our stay even better. One huge perk of this hotel is it is a 5 min walk from one of the greatest playground parks ever! See pics below. Perfect for kids and families. Our girls loved this park more than anything else. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s clean, convenient, and has top-notch service, this is the place to stay in Sydney. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!
Fabulous hotel stay in Sydney. All staff were very friendly and attentive and always on hand to help. Nothing was too much trouble. A special thank you to Johnny who ran the show at breakfast. We saw him going above and beyond to ensure everyone was looked after. Even when it was super busy, he worked hard to get everything done efficiently, all with a smile on his face - a true superstar 🌟
A seemless service from the wonderful team at Darling Harbour. Every one of the staff were courteous and friendly but a special mention goes out to 3 of them; Johnny, the gentleman who sat us at our breakfast table most mornings. Duke, who was on hand for my husband most mornings at the JIG conferences (bringing his favourite coffee to him!) and Craig, your wonderfully chatty and helpful gentleman at the Bellboy station. They, in my opinion, went above and beyond…a credit to the hotel. Please pass on our thanks to them…they made our working holiday much more special.
