Reviews for Parkroyal Darling Harbour

We stayed here with the kids for just one night due to it being easily accessible to darling harbour. It was only a 10min walk to the places we were taking the kids for Christmas adventures. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was stunning. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The bathroom was huge and had a bath for the kids to enjoy. I will definitely stay here again. It is probably one of the best value for money hotels with easy access to darling harbour that I've ever stayed in.

The view was not the best , they didn’t have a coffee pot in the room and the don’t have a pool in the hotel. The halls are very dirty in need of some good cleaning Only reason we continued to stay is travel agent wouldn’t give me back my money . Go way travel Would not give money back . I had asked for a coffee pot to be put into the room and they said they couldn’t do that Seems to me that park royal does not want to keep there guest happy , A Mr. Coffee maker cost 5 dollars. I think that is affordable for every room . One cup of coffee is really worth loosing business over . I think your corporate office should be thinking this over

Although the property is dated - they have updated the rooms which are of a good size and has a modern big screen TV that allows streaming from your mobile devices. My king room quite large and the bathroom was a good size despite having quite a shallow bath. The shower was appointed with a rain shower head which was fantastic after a long sweaty day around Sydney. My room had a west facing window where you can see a bit of the Darling Harbour redevelopment and the massive W Hotel (imax) building.

A perfect stay with our 18 month old. The available cot was great and had a cushioned bottom which meant she had no issues sleeping in it. Having a 1 bedroom room with separate lounge area was perfect. Both rooms were very large, great having 2 x bathrooms both also large. The club access was amazing. Great value especially with bub and we were able to take food back to our room from the canapes during no-kids hour. Location was brilliant, fast internet, great service. I will definitely stay here again.

Lovely clean airy reception and restaurant areas. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Buffet style breakfasts had a reasonable choice. Our room was okay clean and a reasonable size, but the door colour scheme of brown, was a bit dull.
