Great experience at this Hotel, we booked executive suite and it didn’t disappoint… Room was very clean and quite decent sized. It had 2 bathrooms, a separate living area with sofa bed and 2 TVs.. the bedroom and living areas can be separated by door as independent units, great if you have young children… the breakfast spread was great and the as very well served through ample options, especially with the noodles, fried rice and dumpling section.. overall great experience.. only one bit of advice had to call at least 2-3 times to get a response either for room service or concierge or front office..

We enjoyed our stay. Location is good. Staff were supportive and lovely. But could be more clean: 1. The glass at room had a trace of lips on it showing have put a used glass 2. Found dirty cups and plates among in breakfast 3. Not sure the cleaning plan for aisles but during our 3 nights stay they were not clean.

I really enjoyed my stay here at PARKROYAL. The customer service here is amazing! The staff were really polite and helpful. You can really tell that they care about their customers. The hotel itself was clean and tidy. I loved the location and is about a 5 minute walk to Darling Harbour. I have nothing bad to say about this place!! I highly recommend 🤍

We stayed here with the kids for just one night due to it being easily accessible to darling harbour. It was only a 10min walk to the places we were taking the kids for Christmas adventures. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was stunning. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The bathroom was huge and had a bath for the kids to enjoy. I will definitely stay here again. It is probably one of the best value for money hotels with easy access to darling harbour that I've ever stayed in.

Thankyou Park royal for the most incredible stay for our family. We booked for the club suite for myself, my partner & our 2 year old toddler. From just arriving the service was impeccable, we had a asked for la later checkout for the next day and had given us a 1pm 2 hour complimentary checkout I've never had this anywhere else! The room was exceptionally clean, the amenities in the bathroom were awesome so many and plenty of clean fresh towels without the worry of having to call housekeeping and get more. Pur toddlers cot was also free of charge with a comfy mattress for her, the canapes between 5-7pm were delicious and the buffet breakfast was sensational! Thankyou Park Royal once again we will definitely be back. If you want to come to a hotel that knows good customer service, cleanliness and how to look after their guests this is definitely the place! 10/10
