I stayed Friday 8th November 2025 from the first moment my experience was great! The concierge met me at my taxi took my luggage and guided me to the front reception. The room was spacious, very clean. Very comfortable bed and great shower. The breakfast was very good. The cocktail bar enjoyable and a relaxed vibe. The staff were amazing, friendly, professional and helpful. I definitely recommend
A great option for a quick overnight airport stay. Rooms are larger than at some other hotels, with big windows. Good blackout curtains and a comfortable bed, so got a decent night's sleep. Very helpful and efficient check-in and check-out. And only a 15 minute easy walk back to Terminal 3 in the morning. Only one dislike - the open bathroom design is just strange. Glad that's not a trend. It was okay as a single if you don't think about it, but I wouldn't bring the family here. That's just not what you want. That aside, it was a good find.
The hotel is within an easy reachable distance to the airport (via train or taxi). The checkin and checkout process was smooth and fast. The room was great, modern, spacious, clean and very good equipped. We had a dinner is the restaurant. The service and quality of the food was very good! The personal very friendly and supportive. To sum it up, nothing to complain about. Would always come back.
The hotel is beautiful with a modern aesthetic. Its distance from the airport is great, no need to catch a taxi. The restaurant serves up quality food which I have enjoyed every time. Conference rooms are set out well with a great setup for morning and afternoon teas.
Pullman Mascot is well located and started out with freshly designed rooms that felt high end and innovative. It's an extremely busy hotel though and maintenance is not keeping up, and details are overlooked. Over several recent stays, I've noticed broken or worn items in the rooms. Things like loose bedside lamps, bedside clocks not adjusted to daylight savings time, weeks after the change (important when most guests have planes to catch), plugs that don't work, bright burn spots in TV screens, damaged cupboards, and unclean carpets. Time for some investment in a refresh.
