I rarely write negative reviews about hotels, but this time I feel like I’m being overcharged. Let me start with the positives: the hotel is excellent, and the location is very convenient — close to the airport, with a metro station just a five-minute walk away, and only two stops to the city center. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and comfortable. However, there are significant downsides. The breakfast could be more diverse. It’s nice that hot dishes are prepared upon request, but overall, it didn’t meet expectations. The pricing policy around New Year’s Eve is confusing. The nightly rate triples compared to regular days, yet nothing special is offered to guests for the occasion, not even a complimentary glass of champagne. What justifies such a price increase? For this amount, you could at least include a bottle of wine or champagne as a gesture of goodwill.

I stayed Friday 8th November 2025 from the first moment my experience was great! The concierge met me at my taxi took my luggage and guided me to the front reception. The room was spacious, very clean. Very comfortable bed and great shower. The breakfast was very good. The cocktail bar enjoyable and a relaxed vibe. The staff were amazing, friendly, professional and helpful. I definitely recommend

Very nice hotel within walking distance of the domestic terminal (for those travelling light, otherwise catch the shuttle). Rooms are comfortable and very quiet. The staff in the restaurant are so lovely. Outstanding service. Short walk to Mascot station, which avoids the ridiculous airport station access charge.

Our flights were cancelled and offered accommodation at this hotel. It is good overall. However, as a 5-star hotel, I would expect all staff to be friendly to all guests. The staff dealt with my shuttle booking didn't make me feel friendly unfortunately.

A great option for a quick overnight airport stay. Rooms are larger than at some other hotels, with big windows. Good blackout curtains and a comfortable bed, so got a decent night's sleep. Very helpful and efficient check-in and check-out. And only a 15 minute easy walk back to Terminal 3 in the morning. Only one dislike - the open bathroom design is just strange. Glad that's not a trend. It was okay as a single if you don't think about it, but I wouldn't bring the family here. That's just not what you want. That aside, it was a good find.
