The stay was good, the breakfast buffet was decent, barista coffee was good. The lifts were a big issue during our stay as we they were not working and we had to use staff lifts. Longer wait times. The house keeping was good, even though we had to call the reception and request them to clean the room.

Stayed here in December. Very easy to get to especially from the airport, just catch the train and exit at Museum and it’s a few minutes walk. The hotel is in a great spot, I walked most places, but then you can just get back on the train at Museum and it’s a quick two stops up to Circular Quay and the Opera House etc. the hotel is very nice and staff were very helpful, such as holding onto my bags on the day of departure. My room was very clean and spacious, with a stunning view out across Hyde Park. I didn’t use the gym but it looked fairly well equipped and the pool although small gives such an amazing view off the roof. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sydney.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Pullman Sydeny Hyde Park hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was an excellent size, clean, modern and comfortable with a large bathroom. Hotel services were excellent, rooftop pool and hot tub were a nice bonus too. If I am ever back in Sydney I would not be looking to stay anywhere else.
