I was here for a conference, the building was old but rooms were fine. They could have done better with the cleaning. No water provided and there was a notice asking to drink tap water as it’s safe. The training room was good and was worth the package price. The finger food and service were pretty great throughout . The restaurant food was good, some of the dishes could have been better. The staff was very attentive and helpful all along in every aspect.
We had a lovely two days at the Pullman. The car park was a godsend and worked very well indeed. If you book and pay in advance for the car park the barrier will automatically open on your arrival. Parking is on levels 3,4 or 5 and the lift takes you straight to the lobby. The breakfast was good as were the staff. I slept well in their comfortable bed and enjoyed the lovely view over Hyde Park. I recently stayed at the Pullman on Hyde Park in Sydney and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in such a perfect location overlooking Hyde Park. From the moment I arrived, the reception team made me feel so welcomed. The staff member who checked me in (she mentioned she was still in training) was absolutely brilliant — incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. She set the tone for a great stay. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The only minor issue was that the bathtub tap wasn’t working properly, but it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the room. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return. The warm service and beautiful location really made it special. Highly recommend!
The location, facilities, and overall atmosphere at Pullman Sydney Hyde Park are top‑class. Everything felt premium — from the comfortable rooms to the convenient location and excellent amenities. The staff were outstanding, and I want to specially thank the host of Pullman, Mr. Brendan Bradshaw. He left a handwritten note in my room and invited me to contact him if I needed anything, which made me feel truly welcomed and cared for. The 5 stars were well deserved. Staff were friendly and helpful. On checkout we were able to leave our luggage with them until our cruise was ready to check in late afternoon. Room was clean and quiet. We appreciated the double glazing for noise reduction after staying at a hotel nearby that didn't have it. Great view of the park.
