Went there for superbowl yesterday. Paid $35 a head to get an outside table with a small TV, only to be laughed at when bringing this up to the manager. To make it worse, it rained and we had no cover, so we had to leave. Highly recommend not going here for Superbowl. Average place, rude management.

Went for a Monday afternoon family lunch after seeing a show nearby. Chose the venue because the website specifically stated the venue had a kids menu, and listed food items on that kids menu, so we booked for a family of 10 including 4 children. When we arrived we discovered that they don't offer a kids menu at all, despite the website specifically stating they did. They also don't have high chairs, nor do they have any baby changing facilities. The rooftop was also closed. At this point everyone was too hot and hungry to go anywhere else, so we ordered from the main menu and just made do as we could. The chicken schnitzel was nice, and the margarita pizza was nice enough. One of the older kids said he enjoyed his burger. But the venue is not family friendly, so I would recommend looking elsewhere if you have small children. Otherwise if you have a party of adults or adults and teens, it's probably fine.

Worst cocktail of my life. Spicy margarita has actual chili seeds and flakes on the rim and tabasco to spice the drink. Skip the hoisin duck pizza too. Water cups have holes and leak. Don’t take the order numbers until after food is delivered. Overpriced food. Staff did not take feedback well. Two stars for effort.

Great venue and atmosphere, super friendly and sensible staff. Had an absolute blast watching the superbowl here. This was the first year in many that it rained on superbowl day. It rained hard and staff did what they could to help other viewers in the beer garden, but ultimately, you can't beat Mother nature in a 20 minute scramble in a packed pub. Thanks Shelbourne!

We held my husband's 50th birthday party on the Rooftop and what an event it was!!! I cannot fault the venue, the staff, the food or the location. The night couldnt have gone any better. Everything was smooth in both the preparation and the event itself. I would highly recommend the rooftop at the Shelbourne for your function.
