Worst cocktail of my life. Spicy margarita has actual chili seeds and flakes on the rim and tabasco to spice the drink. Skip the hoisin duck pizza too. Water cups have holes and leak. Don’t take the order numbers until after food is delivered. Overpriced food. Staff did not take feedback well. Two stars for effort.

Went for a Monday afternoon family lunch after seeing a show nearby. Chose the venue because the website specifically stated the venue had a kids menu, and listed food items on that kids menu, so we booked for a family of 10 including 4 children. When we arrived we discovered that they don't offer a kids menu at all, despite the website specifically stating they did. They also don't have high chairs, nor do they have any baby changing facilities. The rooftop was also closed. At this point everyone was too hot and hungry to go anywhere else, so we ordered from the main menu and just made do as we could. The chicken schnitzel was nice, and the margarita pizza was nice enough. One of the older kids said he enjoyed his burger. But the venue is not family friendly, so I would recommend looking elsewhere if you have small children. Otherwise if you have a party of adults or adults and teens, it's probably fine.

Hosted my daughters 21st Birthfay. . My daughter and all her family and friends had an amazing night and I cannot praise staff and facilities any higher. Thank you to Brad for his overseeing of the evening. Food and service amazing - nothing too difficult and kept us up to date. Organisation also very smooth.

I just had my 30th birthday at the Shelbourne hotel on Saturday. The amazing and friendly team there did a fantastic job with the bar tab and bringing out the yummy food. The music was great too. Me and my friends had so much fun! Highly recommend booking your next event there ! Thank you amazing team at the Shelbourne!! 😁❤️

We held my husband's 50th birthday party on the Rooftop and what an event it was!!! I cannot fault the venue, the staff, the food or the location. The night couldnt have gone any better. Everything was smooth in both the preparation and the event itself. I would highly recommend the rooftop at the Shelbourne for your function.
