What a fabulous facility to have located where the train line is in the centre! So close to Brisbane CBD too. It's huge. Many pavilions, oval, common areas etc....definitely not enough parking for big events though. Opposite the Brisbane Women's hospital...there are plenty of toilets, walkways, shaded and seated areas.

RACQ Motorfest. I returned after 3 years of missing out. I found the layout a bit confusing. In the American Chrysler area was an Australian built Chrysler. Found this with others as well. All in all, I had a good day looking and reminiscing.

Had a trade stand for a Capricorn Trade Expo, set up in Terrace 1. Great car parking available close the arena. Set up was good and convenient. The event was well catered for. Not sure if this was through the Showgrounds or another catering company. Instead of meager sliders, we were offered decent sized meals on a tray like fish and chips or nachos etc. Good clean toilets just outside the Terrace.

Australia has just got a new large event space. Halls A and B combine to produce 1700m2 of unique air-conditioned space that is perfect for conferences, exhibitions, banquets or other events requiring larger-scale venues.

Halls A, B & C Combined

Brisbane's largest clear-span event space can be created using Halls A, B and C. This 3213 square meter dream has Australia's first operable ceiling grid system which makes it perfect for decorating.

Meeting Rooms 1 - 7

Flexible meeting rooms to suit any occasion, be it a small or large group. Audio-visual equipment like projectors and screens are also available for presentations of the latest data in all seven different sizes.

2 Meeting Rooms Combined

With a combined effort, two smaller meeting rooms can be turned into an intimate spaces for small meetings or presentations. The three spaces equipped with audiovisual equipment will provide you with the tools needed to make your event as successful and memorable as possible!

3 Meeting Rooms Combined

Meeting rooms 1, 2 and 3 combines to provide a sophisticated setting for corporate dinners, meetings, workshops or any event. The space is equipped with audiovisual technology such as data projectors and screens that can be used in order to make the presentation more interactive.

Board Rooms 1 & 2 (each)

Flexible and fully equipped board rooms are ideal for small conferences, meetings or private interviews because the space is soundproof. Free Wi-fi allows you to work on your laptop while in a meeting.

Combine Board Rooms 1 and 2 to create a grand space for larger corporations and boards to meet.
