Wow! Just wow! Another great find in the big wide world of Australian cafės! 10/10 for the staff (extremely friendly), atmosphere, venue and the food. The Big Breakfast (photo) was not only large but extremely flavoursome. The Banter Stack was deliciously tasty as a refined version of the Big Breakfast. The Granola had a healthy serving of fresh fruit that really made it pop. The coffees were so perfect that we had to get a takeaway after we had eaten.
This place is worthy of 5 stars. From the moment I arrived all staff were so nice to deal with & super helpful. Coffee was made very well. I ordered the Croque Madame. One of the more expensive menu items, it was worth every cent. ( I did come for the waffles, which are no longer available). It has a nice little bit of spice to it & the hummus was a lovely touch. The water bottle they gave me had a bit of residue on it, which I think is fairly harmless & an oversight, but attention to detail is important. Would definitely recommend
Had an underwhelming experience. Service is poor (this isn't the first time either), felt like the workers didn't want to be there. Menu is also on the expensive side. We tried the: ☕️Croque Madame - quite a heavy dish, strong lamb taste, nothing spectacular ☕️ Sweet corn & feta fritters - would recommend! Loved the combination of the sweetness of the corn & sour cream
I work around the corner and we grab a hot choccy akmost every weekend before work. Staff are great, especially Kosta. Their choc brownies and muffins are delicious too !
40 minute wait for brekkie, and both eggs looked like this, and 6 bucks for the smallest amount of avo… on the upside, great coffee👍
