We had a fabulous 2 night stay. All staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was great for us with a late flight. Loved the pool and breakfast was delicious. Staff were delightful this morning. Felt very safe and secure in this hotel. See you next time!

The room, had air con shutting off all the time, sweating all night. The smoke alarm kept flashing every couple of minutes throughout the whole night, told staff in the morning, they were aware of the problem, but just shrugged. The pool is nice on the 20th floor. The best part was the breakfast, very fresh, compliments to the chef and their staff, will give that a 5 star.

Good location, but that is where the positives end! Very expensive, surge pricing at over $500 a night. Hotel is old, and rooms are dated and dirty. We had mould in the bathroom and on the bedroom ceiling. At best a 3 star hotel, will stay elsewhere next time.

Good location. However, bed sheets were grubby (and got bitten by bed bugs) and old food scraps left in the fridge. Spend the extra $$ for a nicer place. Left a lot to be desired.
