No parking nor pool access available on my 2 day stay. Continuous running water in the toilet- reported but not addressed. Sounded like my own personal water feature within the room. Appeared to be invisible on check in as unacknowledged for a period of time whilst idle chit chat occurred. Location was great but not befitting my circumstances for work related stay. My employer booked this, I would not choose to stay here

I had the best experience of my brief stay there. Gym was free 24/7, the food and the location was at the right spot making it possible to stroll to most of the convenient stores. It was a very good and adventurous 2weeks spent there - Castle Hill the Strand and the bars were just a walk away. ❤💪💯🤜🤛

We had a fabulous 2 night stay. All staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was great for us with a late flight. Loved the pool and breakfast was delicious. Staff were delightful this morning. Felt very safe and secure in this hotel. See you next time!

Had the best experience while visiting Townsville from the friendly staff and the community. Great food, awesome view from the twentieth floor. You could actually see all parts of the CBD, and the iconic CASTLE HILL well lit up in the night. Also a standard swimming pool and a gymnasium available at one's convenience. All in all, it's quiet, peaceful and safe.

Checked in last minute on Saturday 12/10 late afternoon, after arriving in Townsville to find the booking I had made at another hotel was actually for 2 weeks time and they were full already for 12/10. After searching online for accommodation, I called Hotel Grand Chancellor, spoke to Sophy and she was really friendly and super helpful. I then arrived at the hotel a little that afternoon to be greeted by Sophy who remembered our conversation and sorted my check in. Her colleague on the desk, Gracia was also very friendly and very professional. So great to come across this high level of customer service and professionalism. Both are a credit to the property and the tourism industry. Graham
