The staff in the accommodation were super helpful and friendly with our whole experience. The staff upstairs balcony was on her phone so we did not stay for a drink, we popped downstairs and enjoyed a drink in gaming bar which was okay but lacked the atmosphere of the lovely upstairs balcony bar. Rooms are very roomy, bed was super comfortable, the key pad took a while to press in all the numbers. Good selection of tea and coffee. Bar fridge door does get hooked on inside cupboard hinge so was open and not cold when we got our room. Biggest downside was the cleanliness of the bathroom flood, not swept or mopped. In terms of hygiene in bathroom a let down. Overall a good stay would stay again

We had some initial issues during our stay at the Richmond Hotel, but the manager handled everything proactively and professionally, which we truly appreciated. Their prompt resolution and attention to our concerns made a huge difference and turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. It's clear that guest satisfaction is a priority here, and we were impressed by their professionalism. Thank you for taking care of us so well!

Such a stunning venue. I stopped in for a few beers on the balcony this afternoon. So disappointed with the 4 staff that had obviously clocked off and were also drinking on the balcony still wearing staff branded clothing. The language and swearing and wolf whistling and passersby was disgusting. I would have expected better from such an establishment ☹️

Rooms are acceptable with cleanliness. Beds were made , Towels are always changed upon request (door handle sign), but the place does need a little refresh. The shower was very noisy, the bed was lop sided, the bar fridge door was hindered by the cabinet, so it left the bar fridge door open if you do not pay attention.

if i could give 0 i would - friend of mine got abused by extremely aggressive and untrained staff for taking a urgent phone call in what she thought was a quiet corner but got yelled at with the words "you haven't seen aggressive little girl". who on earth thinks it's okay to speak to a grown woman like that? absolutely disgusting and not at all acceptable. staff member had brown slick back hair and glasses - action should be taken IMMEDIATELY *my friend recorded this whole incident so we will take this further
