I must say I was very impressed with the service and portion size. Highly recommend the rump steak, waiter staff were very efficient and friendly. Overall a great first time experience, definitely will be back again.

Service and food was patchy. Some meals took too long to come out. My chicken parma was still pink and had to send it back. Some of the staff were borderline rude while others were very warm and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the dessert and sauce it came with At the end of the day it's a decent enough feed for a decent enough price.

Ordered an eye fillet steak which is my go to at any location. This was one of the best if not the best. So tender and full of flavour. The bistro/bar manager was an absolute legend. $33 for a steak and soft drink (using the pub+ app) You don't need to go fancy fine dining to get quality and get value for money. If I didn't live interstate I'd come here regularly. Good job.

The Skyways Hotel Bistro is quite large and is popular with the locals. The food is standard pub meals for dining like wagyu smashburger, fried chicken burger, steak sandwich, margarita pizza, lamb ragu pizza, chicken schnitzel, roast of the day, fish and chips, salt and pepper calamari, southern fried cauliflower, garlic bread, and caeser salad they have trivia thursdays with quizzame at this hotel in airport west, and the pub has lots of seating available, and parking just outside. the burger and garlic bread were delicious and the hotel/ restaurant was full of life. it was loud and bustling. the portion sizes were decent.
