The burger and chips were very tasty. The food took slightly longer than necessary, considering it was not that busy inside the store. But the shop attendant was very kind and apologetic so any grievances were relinquished. I would come again.

I’ve ordered large cheesy chilli beef fries from them multiple times and on many occasions they have confused Large and Small sizing of the fries. The cheesy chilli beef fries in the pictures attached (ignore the other meals) are considered Large sized. I’ve paid the same amount for all these and this time I’ve actually complained and the manager told me the smaller one is actually the real large size? But I’ve gotten the bigger one previously a few times. What is going on? Did the manager lie to me?

A new place has opened near Southern Cross Station with great accessibility! The burger patty is really thick and the sauce is excellent. They generously put in the sauce, which was really nice. I recommend the beef-loaded fries over regular fries! The gooey cheese goes really well with the beef and fries. Make sure to dip the onion rings in the truffle dipping sauce! It's a real delicacy! It's the best burger I've had in Melbourne so far! It's on a different level compared to typical fast-food burgers.

Googled for the best burger in Melbourne CBD and this burger fast-food chain pops up. We decided on the branch at the Emporium. Great place. Enjoyed our burgers throughly! Ordered the Saint & Kavorka. Both are huge. The patties and the chicken are tender & juicy, buns are soft + lots of fillings. The Saint is slightly spicy due to the jalapeños but we loved it! Be prepared to get messy but you’re gonna enjoy it. The Mocha Frappuccino with whipped cream is just the way we like it. Definitely will be back again to try other burgers on the menu.
