I have been maybe half a dozen times and every visit has been great. The kitchen is of a high standard and the weeknight specials are good value. The beers are well made and there's an adequate variety. The space is comfortable with my favourite part being that the owner/s have invested in proper acoustic management. To spite the space being cavernous, there is no echo's or reveb that leaves you having to yell conversations. It makes the space comfortable and relaxing and I can easily hang out here for hours on end.

Great place to hang out. Love the atmosphere and the vibe. Ample seating. Friendly staff. Good beers. Loved the So Brunswick cocktail. Definitely a must get if you are a mocha lover. Also love that they have a number of non alcoholic drinks. Tried the pressed brisket and the pan fried barramundi dishes. Yummy! Full of flavours and great portion sizes.

Great to be back dining in, with classic pub grub here at Alchemy Brewing. It’s a really nice open & modern space and they put on a roast for the Sunday menu which was great, the mushroom sauce went really well with the beef but the Yorkshire pudding was strangely cold. Can’t go wrong with the chicken parmi but the calamari was in some ways the highlight - definitely a must order. Also recommend the feijoa beer - super refreshing and flavourful. Service was pretty slow but I guess that could be down to being short staffed. Nonetheless, had a really nice evening and stoked to be back dining in again!!

Good, friendly service. The beer is not great; among the breweries around Melbourne this is not even close to the top. The food menu is very boring; the food is ok - not bad, not great. I like the high ceiling and the feeling of space. The toilets were pretty clean, but could have done better.

Great place. Very clean and positive vibe. Welcoming and relaxing staff. Great trivia. I had a salad, and my mate had a parma, both very solid meals. Great selection of drinks. Highly recommend the mocktails. The salad I had was the Zucchini one, I personally think it could do with some charred Brussels sprouts but it was delicious nonetheless
