Here at One Fusion, we have a little something for all to enjoy. From singles to couples to families to groups. Our carefully designed food and drinks menu has enough variety and options that will surely satisfy even the harshest critic.
One fusion brand was born in January 2023. Two family members Rene & Paul had the idea that why can’t suburban Melbourne have a unique place to wine, dine and just unwind. A place for our guests to enjoy great food whilst still enjoying the One Fusion Vibe and experience.

We celebrated my daughter’s baptism at One Fusion in Bundoora, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The function space was absolutely beautiful — stylish, spacious, and welcoming. The food presentation was great and the food was even better, especially the wood fire pizza’s yum!! . Our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was! The service was exceptional — the staff were attentive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating, which made the day feel seamless and stress-free. From start to finish, the team made sure every detail was taken care of. Thank you for helping make this special occasion truly unforgettable. Highly recommend for any event!

Really nice venue for events and lunches. Loved the separate dining areas that allows for privacy as well as the booth type seating. Everything we ordered was so delicious! We had the meat lovers pizza, carbonara, chicken skewers. Each dish was very flavoursome and cooked well. Definitely a great place to consider to either dine or have a party. They also make a mean lychee Martini.

A pleasant casual dining experience. If atmosphere matters to you more than service — this is not the place for you. Service matters to me more than atmosphere, so this spot hits the spot for me. Warm service but not over the top warm — do not give you the eek at all. Give them a shot, support local small business. The grass-fed steak (you might want less gristle or sinew if you're picky at a casual diner) is seasoned perfectly and the peppercorn gravy actually has peppercorn flavour — the kick with the pepper aroma without a synthetic taste some places have in theirs. The lebanese rice was quite nice but I would've liked it to be served hotter. This is the type of restaurant you bring family and friends to for a catchup. The owner's a decent bloke and I'd defs recommend you give them a go.

I just had the most amazing meal at that fusion restaurant! Their pasta was cooked perfectly, with a delightful sauce that just melted in my mouth. The bruschetta was equally fantastic, a perfect blend of flavors and textures. I would highly recommend everyone try this restaurant if you have a chance.

Had my daughter’s 18th celebration in the Glass Room. Paul was great to deal with in organising the day. He was very flexible and made sure we were comfortable. The room was set up beautifully and he even arranged a personal Mini menu which included a signature cocktail named after my daughter and in her favourite colour. The staff on the day were very friendly and attentive and the food was AMAZING!!!! I cannot thank Paul and the staff enough for making my daughters 18th celebration such a great day.
