Good venue for Melbourne Comedy Festival but folding chairs provided is not the best - very uncomfortable. Also seating was stacked so tight next to each other.

Terrible experience. Wanted to use the venue for a charity event. Was trying to get a hold of the sales rep for over a week. Each time I called I was told she would call back, and she didnt. Once I managed to get a hold of her, I organised a viewing on the a Tuesday. During this call I asked could we please a temporary hold on the venue, which she agreed we could have. Tuesday came around and she was unwell, which is completely understandable, we then postponed the viewing to the following Tuesday due to this. I then recieved an email stating that the venue had now been taken, and we should seek another date. Communication was not upto scratch and we felt extremelly let down through the whole experience, even when we were accomodating.
