Centrally located in Melbourne’s iconic Trades Hall, we can do parties, gigs, launches, workshops, meetings or even full-blown spectaculars (disco ball and all). And with space for up to 250 people, a 3am license, a state-of-the-art sound system, a professional bar and full accessibility, everyone can come play at Fringe Common Rooms. The Ballroom is a performance space & bar that holds up to 174 patrons standing or 114 seated theatre-style. Perfect for your big party, DJ night, music gig or cabaret show. The Lounge is a second, intimate salon-style space that holds up to 76 people and is ideal for smaller functions, workshops, meetings and rehearsals. The Lounge can be used as a break-out area or backstage green room at no extra cost.
