The Promenade Docklands is a great events venue with an amazing waterfront location. The setting really makes events feel special, with plenty of space and beautiful views across the water and city skyline. It’s well set up for markets, festivals, and larger events, with easy access to nearby restaurants, cafés, and public transport. The area is clean, well organised, and has a lively but relaxed atmosphere. A fantastic venue that really shows off the best of Docklands.

We celebrated our daughter’s 18th here and I’ll do it again in a heartbeat. Emily was fantastic and helped us organise everything smoothly. The staff on the day were exceptional and made our party unforgettable. Our guests were in awe of the stunning views and free flowing alcohol. I hosted my 25th birthday with approximately 100 guests at The Promenade Docklands, and my guests had nothing but rave reviews. From the delicious food to the professional, kind, and helpful staff, I couldn’t fault this venue. The city views were absolutely breathtaking, and the Harbourview Room where my event was held was classy and spacious. I felt incredibly supported by the events team, which took all the stress away and helped make the night a huge success. I couldn’t recommend them more!

We recently hosted a 3 day Leadership Conference and networking evening at The Promenade Docklands for 130 delegates. From our initial contact through to the end of our conference, every team member was polite, helpful and went above and beyond to assist us and make sure our requirements were met. The attention to detail and willingness to accommodate all our needs was greatly appreciated and ensured the conference ran smoothly. The professionalism of each and every staff member could not be faulted and we were supported in every aspect from planning the conference through to the running of the event. The catering for both the conference and the networking evening was fantastic, there was an abundance of delicious food available at each break and the inclusion of the special dietary table ensured everyone could eat safely.
