We had the pleasure of celebrating our pre-wedding Indian Sangeet event at the Promenade Docklands in January 2026, and it was spectacular! From the outset, our experience was seamless and our event manager Emily Watts was extremely helpful throughout. We had a seated dinner event with around 230 guests as well as a space for a dance floor and grazing table, and and there was still room for people to move around and mingle, with access to the balconies as well. To top it all off, the location overlooking the harbour is incredible and we received so many compliments from our guests for selecting such an excellent venue. The staff and service on the night were fantastic and we thoroughly recommend holding any event with the Docklands Promenade!

We celebrated our daughter’s 18th here and I’ll do it again in a heartbeat. Emily was fantastic and helped us organise everything smoothly. The staff on the day were exceptional and made our party unforgettable. Our guests were in awe of the stunning views and free flowing alcohol. We recently celebrated our son's 21st Birthday in the Waterfront Bar, & we couldn't of been happier. The booking with Vivian, the event planning with Tammy and the team on the night, were exceptional. Nothing was too much to ask and our expectations were exceeded. We recently hosted a 3 day Leadership Conference and networking evening at The Promenade Docklands for 130 delegates. From our initial contact through to the end of our conference, every team member was polite, helpful and went above and beyond to assist us and make sure our requirements were met. The attention to detail and willingness to accommodate all our needs was greatly appreciated and ensured the conference ran smoothly. The professionalism of each and every staff member could not be faulted and we were supported in every aspect from planning the conference through to the running of the event. The catering for both the conference and the networking evening was fantastic, there was an abundance of delicious food available at each break and the inclusion of the special dietary table ensured everyone could eat safely. Thank you for helping us make our 2025 Leadership Conference a huge success.
