What are the minimum spend requirements for events, and do they vary depending on the day or time of year?

Minimum spends are met through all beverage and catering orders. If the minimum spend is met by the end of the event, there is no venue hire fee. Outside of the peak Christmas period, the minimum spend for Friday and Saturday events is $20,000 for a five-hour booking. Minimum spends for other days of the week are lower, and event times are more flexible.

What are your opening hours, and when can events be hosted?

Our venue is exclusively open for private events, which means event times are highly flexible and can be tailored to suit your needs. As we don’t operate with standard public opening hours, site visits are available by appointment only .
