Stunning ambience and friendly staff (Windsor Joe was standout) Didn’t get to eat food this time but will return to do so! This place felt like an upmarket venue in London. Just amazing. Enjoyed every moment here!
I had high expectations for this place as it was stunning inside, but it was a major letdown. The service was awful, and the food was disappointing. No one checked on our table or asked if the food was alright, so we just left it. The lady looked like she didn't want to work there. The calamari was rubbery and small, and the steaks, despite being medium rare, were still tough. Considering the price point, I expected good service, but it wasn't there. I don't recommend this place. Maybe just go for drinks.
The building itself is grand and well designed. It is a hotel with an open lobby with a bar and restaurant. I tried the seafood pasta which was decent. They also had Parma night on Wednesday, $29 with a drink which is not a bad deal. We asked for ketchup which never came even though the place was only half full.
Enjoyed the food, tasty n value for money through eatclub. Chicken tenders were the best.
Great happy hour that we stumbled upon on a Tuesday night. Food smelled good, but we didn’t try any. Service was ok, girl cleaning tables seemed like they didn’t really want to be there but overall great experience.
