We are regular guests at Chadstone Hotel and each time we are blown away with the luxurious amenities, excellent service and atmosphere, clean rooms, stunning views and the most friendliest staff that make you feel like a VIP guest. Valet is also a 5 star service due to our luxury vehicle being treated and handled like it is their own car. Also want to say a big thank you to Karen Taylor (general manager) for each time we stay Karen goes above and beyond and ensures everything runs smoothly and according to plan. Once again a big thank you to all staff for making our stay so incredible and memorable. To anyone that is reading this review we highly recommend this hotel for your stay whether it’s a short or long stay the service never falters.
Bed had average comfortability. Way too many pillows and cushions to start with. It would be good to have some instructions on how to turn off the lights so they don’t stay on all night or turn off suddenly whilst using toilet. Overall a nice hotel (tho the young girls who talked to us in the lift didn’t look old enough to be walking around by themselves in a 5 star hotel) but definitely very expensive and not somewhere I would probably choose to stay at again. It was handy as we had an event nearby and live on the other side of Melbourne.
I stayed in you hotel. Was nice I had ridiculously large room with two separate beds. I asked to changed into smaller. Expect that big shopping center NOTHING else was there. I was excited to have dinner there but ay 8:40 pm the staff stopped me and only offered me dessert menu. He said it’s too late and I can’t have dinner there. In my home time was 7:40 and I was there only for one night. That was so stupid. I came to my room and didn’t like any of those room service menu. I walked around trying to to find something to eat. Wasn’t anything there. I ended up having Subway for dinner. Really shame. All of 5 star hotel at least offering bottle of water per person but to have water in my room had to pay $7 for water. That time I was Platinum member and even free welcome drink wasn’t decent enough.
I really enjoyed my stay as part of giving birth at Jessie Mac. It was a lovely experience and just the icing on the cake after the birth of my little one. We had a memorable relaxed stay. My only feedback would be for the Jessie Mac rooms to consider having a breastfeeding friendly arm chair set up. The staff were great and the food was devine. Really enjoyed all that MGallery had to offer!
Exceeded expectations - honestly this is equivalent to Ritz Carlton 7 star hotels. The rooms were high end, spotlessly maintained, housekeeping and front desk absolutely amazing service - prompt and helpful for transport and costs and timing. The location is so great - a wonderful treat all up.
