Our stay at the hotel was luxurious and provided a perfect conclusion to our trip to Melbourne. We received excellent customer service and a delightful surprise for my birthday. The reception staff were attentive to our needs and made sure our stay was perfect! The hotel's location was ideal for shopping, dining, and relaxation. It was close enough to the city centre for convenience but away from the hustle and bustle. The facilities, including a lovely swimming pool, sauna, and gym, were top-notch!

I asked ahead of our booking if they could sort out something nice for my partner because it was her birthday and said I’m fine with paying $200 for flowers if they could get some to be ready on arrival in the room. The staff pull through with a bottle of sparkling wine and a hand written notes saying happy birthday and also got her a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Absolutely amazing staff made us feel welcomed and were super helpful

Superb accommodation, facilities, staff & value. We felt "looked after" by the friendly and interested reception staff on checking in and out; we appreciated being 'upgraded' on check in, and , their interest in our feedback regarding the excellent meals we enjoyed via room service. Breakfast was delightful.

We stayed in a corner suite and it was very comfortable & spacious. We were gifted a lovely bottle of wine which was lovely as Accor members. Comfortable lounge suite and dining chairs so we could spread our things out. We also had breakfast in the Brasserie which was lovely and the staff were lovely.

We loved our stay at 'the Como'. we chose it due to the pool and sauna, as well as the location. When we arrived I didn't didn't disappoint ; we even got upgraded unknowingly and only registered it when we stepped into our amazing Suite. Even though we only stayed one night I would definitely return, for the service as well as amenities.
