Food was ok. Nothing spectacular really but the atmosphere was worth it. Seated outside next to the heater in June so we were comfortable. Price was reasonable compared to other places in Melbourne. Would come back again to enjoy the scenery.

Attended a wedding dinner reception here. Food was average. Expected it to be better considering it was catering for a wedding dinner party. Entrees, Mains and Side dishes were all served as a sharing plate (which one had to self-serve once its being placed on the table). Desserts (2 different petit four) were brought by servers walking around the venue area with a tray in their hand. Not very ideal considering some people might miss out if they were not seated at their table. Some of the servers weren't very attentive either when being hailed/called for service. Someone on our table found a fish bone in the fish fillet and another found a strand of hair on one of the other dish. Very bad food hygiene standards for a restaurant catering for over 100 pax at a dinner party. Would I return here for a meal again? Probably not.

The Terrace restaurant was pretty decent for lunch. It boasts a beautiful location in the midst of the botanical garden with a relaxed atmosphere. The food was alright. However, there was one thing that didn't sit well with me – when I asked the waiter if my dish could be made without corn, as I don't eat it, he initially said yes. But then, after a couple of minutes, he returned saying they couldn't accommodate the request unless it was an allergy issue. So, if it's an allergy, they'll remove the corn, but if it's just a preference? Well, apparently not!

The perfect setting for a meal in the middle of trees and next to a lotus pond with swans and ducks swimming around. The food quality is average and could improve a bit in terms of taste. It's a bit pricey for the quality of the food. They can definitely work on their prices and services.

Such a gorgeous spot on a nice day. The seating area looks out onto the lake. Slushies and ice cream available. Lovely staff. The kitchen was closed when we arrived mid afternoon and there weren’t any gf options in the cabinet, so get there before 3ish for more options. Coffees were small and expensive but yummy. No bathrooms which seems impractical
