Location was close enough to public transport (bus/light rail) however if you want to utilise the free city light rail this hotel is out of that zone. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. However the room had an a/c that made alot of noise. The shower didnt have any shower gel. Only shampoo, conditioner and body lotion (not body wash) - not what you expect from a 5star hotel. Service didnt feel like 5 star service. When we were advised that the room a/c made alot of noise they told us to pack our suitcase and go downstairs so we could pick up a new room key. This was quite inconvenient. They could of brought the new key up to us which would of been more convenient. Based on several interactions i wouldnt rate this a typical 5 star hotel. There was also no room service or laundry facilities.

An absolutely perfect stay! From the moment I checked in, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. My room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices. The pool was quiet and beautifully maintained. I also appreciated the quick room service and the excellent Wi-Fi. The hotel’s location was ideal—close to attractions yet peaceful. Every detail was handled perfectly. I’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

This hotel is amazing. The staff are professional, kind and accomodating. My husband and I stayed in the one bedroom apartment for 5 nights. The amenities were great and it was very clean. The bed was comfy - on the softer side. The hotel offers daily in room cleaning and has a large in room dining menu. The views of the city are amazing. The hotel is somewhat out of the way but only a 5 minute walk to the closest tram. My best friend was staying in the deluxe corner studio suite. The views in this room were also amazing and it was very clean. We organised for the hotel to place gifts in my friends room as a surprise for her birthday. The hotel was very accomodating. The buffet breakfast was good, the gym was large and there is a games room with a pool table, ping pong, airhockey. Highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I absolutely love staying at Oakwood Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. A special thanks to Ahmed and his team for their outstanding service – they truly go above and beyond to make sure every guest is happy. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with all the comforts you could ask for. The food here is just as impressive fresh, flavorful, and with a great variety to suit every taste. Everything about my stay was perfect the warm hospitality, the excellent food, the comfortable rooms, and the attention to detail. I would happily recommend Oakwood Hotel to anyone, anytime!

Top marks for everything. The hotel was beautiful and so well presented- everything was spotlessly clean. The rooms floor to ceiling windows were a treat- to be able to sit in bed and watch the city and south bank come alive was one of my highlights. The bar was lovely to sit in and relax. House keeping was immaculate- well done
