Excellent place to stay with outstanding customer service. The rooms offer stunning city views and are quite affordable. The staff also assisted with parking, making it even more convenient. It’s an ideal base for exploring the city and nearby attractions.

Quick and efficient check in, rooms were were clean, well maintained and pleasing to the eye. The breakfast buffet was included with our stay, loved the layout and how the natural lighting through the big windows added to the experience. Everything we sampled on the day was delicious. Last but most surprising was at checkout we were given a discount for our CarePark parking which is so conveniently right across the hotel! only negative is it’s public parking so you might be circling for a while since some DFO shoppers park there too.

I have stayed in countless hotels in Melbourne and around Australia and this is my favorite. First of all, the view! If you stay here ask for a room with a city view. The service here is amazing always with really friendly staff. The rooms are top notch. Very comfortable, clean & modern. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in with exquisite bedding and pillows. The room service is delicious and the buffet breakfast is top quality. The only negative thing I can say but everything else is so good it is only minor is not having 24 hour room service.
