We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights whilst visiting Melbourne, location was good and room was very nice however we were woken by housekeeping on our last day trying to clean the room twice as there had been a mix up with another room checking out. Also upon arrival you need to pay $100 deposit which sits as pending in your account, we were advised it would take 2-5 days to show back in our account which has yet to happen, I've phoned the hotel twice and was advised it would be 7 days then again 7-14 days, it has now been two weeks since I checked out of the hotel and still have not received my money back in my account!!

I had a fantastic experience at as usual. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch.. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a luxurious and relaxing stay—I highly recommend it! Management are great 😊. Keep it up 🔥

Stayed here for 5 nights in the twin deluxe apartment, the service was lovely and the rooms had great amenities! The room service was great value and very tasty, and the on site convenience store was a life saver! We will definitely be staying here again

Oakwood Hotel Melbourne exceeded all expectations! From the warm hospitality to the stylish, spotless rooms with breathtaking city views, every detail was perfect. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The Sky Bar was a highlight, offering stunning views and great drinks, while the delicious breakfast had plenty of options. Plus, the prime location near the Yarra River and Docklands made exploring Melbourne effortless. A truly luxurious and memorable stay—can’t wait to return!

A solid nice room but no soap bars, barely any coffee or tea, one tiny cheap towel, one tiny milk, no mini bar, no robes, no nice extras. Ive never been to any hotel or motel lacking so much for guests, even hostels have offered much more. Disappointed although the rooms are beautiful.
