Beautiful view and rooms, shocked at prices for tea and afternoon tea. Buffet breakfast is amazing. I loved it. Dressing gowns in the room were old, and the sleeve was shredded on one, Pillow was very hard, but the bed was great. Room was very noisy from the air-conditioning supplying the whole hotel as our room was above it. Didn't get much sleep. Room nice and dark though. Cleaned nicely.

A very special stay for us. Weekend for me and my now fiance's engagement, and we had an upgrade to a lovely room with a balcony. As part of a package, had valet, free breakfast and a bottle of wine - all very lovely. Fantastic location, lovely food, and polite staff. Classy is the best word to describe it. Thank you all.

We had a fantastic stay celebrating my wife and my anniversary. The room had a beautiful view across the Yarra River and to Melbourne CBD. The room was extremely elegant and well appointed. The bedding was incredibly soft and luxuriously, we even bought the pillows in the shop to take home. The service from check in to check out was flawless. If I had to nit-pick, I would say the restaurant and pool areas are starting to look a bit dated, it’s currently sitting at ‘Australian 1990s fancy’ however the service and what is offered is still excellent. I will definitely return!
