I stayed for a week and it was a work trip. Considering it’s like a 5 star hotel, service is definitely lacking. They are not proactive. Buffet breakfast is fantastic with plenty to choose from. Gym is well equipped and perfect location for your walk or run. They offer a 12pm checkout which can be beneficial. I believe their dinner buffets are excellent with best Indian food however I haven’t tried it .

A very special stay for us. Weekend for me and my now fiance's engagement, and we had an upgrade to a lovely room with a balcony. As part of a package, had valet, free breakfast and a bottle of wine - all very lovely. Fantastic location, lovely food, and polite staff. Classy is the best word to describe it. Thank you all.

Our stay at the Langham Melbourne was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly accommodating, from the early check-in to the room switch due to construction noise. The VIP 35 credit was a lovely touch, and the complimentary breakfast offered when we encountered a minor issue with our room key was a great gesture. All staff members were genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The service was top-notch. The only minor feedback is regarding the transparency of the billing process. While we couldn’t view the invoice at checkout, we later discovered a line item we hadn’t used. This required some additional follow-up, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, our experience at the Langham Melbourne was fantastic, and we highly recommend it for a luxurious and comfortable stay, we loved the pool, spa, the buffet breakfast, friendly warm and welcoming staff, the location, the views of Melbourne from the pool area and the eco friendliness of the amenities.

Beautiful view and rooms, shocked at prices for tea and afternoon tea. Buffet breakfast is amazing. I loved it. Dressing gowns in the room were old, and the sleeve was shredded on one, Pillow was very hard, but the bed was great. Room was very noisy from the air-conditioning supplying the whole hotel as our room was above it. Didn't get much sleep. Room nice and dark though. Cleaned nicely.
