It's a village cinemas cinema, so I can't say snacks are cheap. $6 for a bottle of water is messed up. But staff will go above and beyond if the reason and your attitude is right. I guess my only gripe was my seating. Anyone working will know who I am, thank you for not bugging me. Screen size is awesome and there is plenty of seats. The screen seemed curved, it's not a bad thing. I believe this is one thing some other village cinemas don't have. (I personally think for VMAX this would be awesome at other cinemas.. it removes negative focal points) Also the assistance of crown security to locate the cinemas was quite amazing.
Gold Class was cosy and the staff consistently delivered great service. I really missed the old menu though, food was much better. Cocktail menu was decent.
I'm giving it 5 as the customer service was great. They make sure that you're comfortable and set for the movie. The Gold class was clean and ambient was nice. Food is not too oily and of course, can't skip a good wine whilst watching a good movie.
I've been going to Village Cinemas Crown for years now, and it's been a bit of a mixed bag. Let me break it down: Parking: The parking space is ample, which is a relief. It's convenient to find a spot most of the time. Temperature: Here's where things get a bit tricky. Sometimes it's too cold, and other times it's too hot inside the cinema. It would be great if they could regulate the temperature better. Security and Ticket Check: Honestly, this aspect needs improvement. The security check and ticket check process is very negligible. It doesn't feel very secure, and sometimes it seems like anyone could just walk in without a ticket. Overall, Village Cinemas Crown has its pros and cons. The parking is good, but the temperature control and security measures could be better.
Went Oct 2024. Look lovely, clean . However if not in gold class cinema seats do not recline. They only allow the seat rest to be lifted up. This is bad because a lowly cinema in Kipparing Qld has reclining seats as standard, better cinema all around..do better crown
