Out And About
There’s nothing like a night out at the movies. In Gold class, you have amazing service as they bring your meals during the show. We watched Betterman (highly recommend!) and ate prawn rolls, and dessert with coffee. Had an excellent time.

It's a village cinemas cinema, so I can't say snacks are cheap. $6 for a bottle of water is messed up. But staff will go above and beyond if the reason and your attitude is right. I guess my only gripe was my seating. Anyone working will know who I am, thank you for not bugging me. Screen size is awesome and there is plenty of seats. The screen seemed curved, it's not a bad thing. I believe this is one thing some other village cinemas don't have. (I personally think for VMAX this would be awesome at other cinemas.. it removes negative focal points) Also the assistance of crown security to locate the cinemas was quite amazing.

Gold class is great but so hard to book - it took us a number of goes over an hour using different devices to get to book the film we wanted to see I even wrote an email as you can not call - seriously no wonder on one wants to go to the movies any more it’s impossible to book And why can you not call as in 2 mins you could fix it….the booking process online is so very very bad - plenty of staff there who were not doing anything could of been answering phone / faster and something called service ! Anyway got there in the end - arrived and wanted to use the bathroom ….only one cubical working in the women’s bathroom and a line of 6 women OMG We were seated by a lovely young man in the theatre only to have another person come and tell us we were in the wrong seats - so we moved but then looked at our tickets and she was wrong …..gosh not hard to read a seat number Drinks and snacks were fine - movie amazing but I must say that the booking process really needs to be fixed …. Over all good experience but almost didn’t go because the online booking process do poor

Gold Class was cosy and the staff consistently delivered great service. I really missed the old menu though, food was much better. Cocktail menu was decent.

I'm giving it 5 as the customer service was great. They make sure that you're comfortable and set for the movie. The Gold class was clean and ambient was nice. Food is not too oily and of course, can't skip a good wine whilst watching a good movie.
