I recently had an incredible surfing experience, and I can't recommend it enough! Our instructor, Nico, was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed atmosphere that made learning to surf enjoyable. Nico's teaching style was fantastic; he broke down the techniques clearly and provided valuable tips that helped each of us improve quickly. By the end of our session, we all felt confident on the board and ready to tackle more waves. Overall, it was an unforgettable day, and I’m grateful to have had such a great teacher. If you're looking to learn surfing, definitely ask for Nico!

I have been a member at urbnsurf since day one. And although the booking systems have been a nightmare in the past and still contains some minor problems, the actual experience at the pool has been fantastic. I have made so many friends and the community and staff are great. Highly recommend, if a newbie, get a lesson in the bays. For more experienced surfers, the staff and other regular are always willing to give advice to make your experience better

We've really enjoyed each time we come here. Great fun for surfers and lovely place to sit and have a coffee for spectators. It would be great if there was a screen visible from the cafe and "beach" that had up to date info such as water temp, wind conditions, what setting the wave is currently on, time remaining etc

Amazing venue filled fill of staff that looked stoked on it and that translated to an A grade level of customer service fory my first trip there today. Highly recommend this place for a wave. STOKED!! First waves in 2 years and I got barreled.

This place is as described. I surfed the intermediate wave. I found it fun and challenging as a part-time surfer. My biggest challenge was my fitness. This is a high-quality complex, well setup and good vibe. I’m delighted. Someone went to the effort to create this facility. I would come again. I’m curious about their energy management strategy as I suspect generating a wave like that demands a fair bit of power.
