Wonderful and an amazing experience. First class reception and treatment. Respectful and friendly staff and fabulous security. Beautiful enviroment, the Crown Tower lobby, a master piece. The tower overlooks the skyline of Perth city, giving you a magnificent view. The Sun Set Event was breathtaking, the vibe, the performances, music, the DJs and the people were all standout.
I’m not usually a big casino person, but I really enjoyed this one. Great bars, excellent food options, and the prices were surprisingly fair — no complaints from me. Had a brilliant time while visiting a friend from the UK. Security were on the ball too, handling any overly lively guests really professionally. Definitely worth a visit.
Overrated. I booked it as I heard unbelievable things and it was the perfect goodbye present for my best friend of ten years starting her new adventure back home. Unfortunately it was not an experience that I have been told it would be. I bought a package with included a lovely view l, champagne on arrival and breakfast the next morning. I noted on the phone, online and checkin the special occasion I paid for the more expensive room as champagne was on arrival and the receptionist assured it was in the room. It was not and it took an hour 40 minutes and three phone calls to guest services. While ringing at the table, I noticed there were red doritos or crisps of some sort all over the floor, I have photos to provided. A massive percentage of the staff were not friendly, no smiles, no personality to make it a memorable occasion. Only one staff at the wine bar who was a lovely girl, made us feel welcomed and we had a great laugh and a giggle with. Amazing woman, other staff could definitely learn a thing or two from her! She had charm, she had customer service, and was incredibly knowledgeable. She made us feel welcomed and made the places memorable time in that wine bar. Would definitely recommend the wine bar and her as she was utterly brilliant! Dinner was in the buffet. Again, staff weren’t very friendly. We were welcomed but it seemed like it was an effort and annoyance to have us dine in the buffet. Lovely selection of food. Was very impressed with the selection, it made you want to try every thing the chefs had prepared! Breakfast was under average. Maybe it was the no welcoming feeling but the breakfast wasn’t something to write home to. My friend who I was treating sat at the wrong seat and the waitress came over and told her to get up in a condescending way. I was only told this afterwards. The pool is wonderful! Great service by the staff out there, they looked after us and were great at customer service. All in all, overrated and underwhelming sadly. I’d much rather stay at the Ritz or the Parmelia.
Great staycation. More kid friendly activities would be perfect but everything needed for a few nights away. Tiny fridge and no cutlery in room. They charge a delivery fee for cutlery and dont allow you to pick up. Beds are comfy and interconnecting rooms were great, but no way to keep door open between the two rooms. Plan to spend a few hundred dollars during your stay
Stayed in the Towers for Christmas day. What a fabulous time we had. All the Christmas decorations around the foyers were just magical. Got a room upgrade which was just splendid. Pool was amazing as usual, especially as zperth was 45 degrees for Christmas day, thank you Crown, see you again soon.
