A very modern and clean building, maintained by a supportive management group with several wellbeing initiatives throughout the working year. ♿ - the building has a wide accessible entrance (sensor doors) with a wide ramp leading towards the lift which brings users to the lobby. The end-of-trip facilities are also accessible with ramps and equipped with a large wide-entry accessible toilet. The friendly concierge staff are also very approachable and helpful!

The Tower itself houses Barristers’ Chambers and is fit for purpose. However it’s set back, sloping and the forecourt is not well utilised. I wouldn’t like accessing the building from St George’s Terrace in a wheelchair.
