Not the best, not the worst. Staff are warm and friendly, the valet service is great and the food is ok. However they don't collect room service plates from the door in a timely manner, saw someone's order sitting at their door for nearly 2 days, mine sat at my door from 6pm one night to 6pm the next. Rooms are bit chilly in the winter.

Check in was from 2pm , arrived at 3pm and waited in a que from the bar area so took more than 35 mins to get checked in, room was ok, bath had a chunk out of it ,there was a panel hanging loose on the sink bulkhead , fridge had broken shelving door side and barely enough coffee / sugar sachets supplied. Have stayed here a few times before but standards have clearly dropped since last visit.

My review is mostly about Dushan the lovely staff member who took great care of us at reception! Dushan really assisted us with parking and checking our group into our rooms and provided extensive information for our needs. He welcomed us with very warm welcomes and really went above and beyond to cater for our needs. Thanks so much Dushan!!

An unusual and concerning incident occurred during my stay: an electric kettle I brought with me disappeared after being placed on the desk in my room (after housekeeping). Despite reporting the matter promptly, I have been informed that the hotel is conducting an internal review and that staff members deny involvement. While I respect your procedural diligence, the unexplained disappearance of a personal item—especially one left visibly in a private guest room—raises serious questions about room security. This incident has significantly undermined my confidence in the safety and integrity of the guest environment. Nevertheless, I would like to acknowledge the hotel’s well-maintained facilities—including a spacious fitness room and a temperature-controlled swimming pool—which contributed positively to my overall experience.

Honestly nothing spectacular. Dissapointed by the room layout, as no charging sockets near the bed. No water provided, amenities were only that good. Cheap stay nothing further, but a little outdated. Location is a little out of way and a bit further from the city centre but accessible by CAT’s
