Such a beautiful stay here at Sofitel Broadbeach! All the staff are so lovely & efficient. They made our stay so enjoyable! We loved the frozen pina coladas by the pool, the ambience of the hotel and friendly people and Luis was so helpful as were the whole team…thank you! Everything is so accessible and all the restaurants are literally at the Sofitel’s doorstep. Not to mention, the food & beverages & service are exceptional at the hotel. The beach and shops are just a short walk. We cannot recommend highly enough & cannot wait to come back 🫶🏼

We loved our stay at Sofitel Broadbeach. The room was perfect, the staff were helpful, professional and warm. Everything was clean and extremely pleasant. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Stayed at Sofitel for 2 nights in a room in a high floor facing the ocean - just sensational views. The room was clean (although a little musty) and the bed was really comfortable. The pool and spa were amazing too. I loved the location of the hotel - so central to everything Broadbeach has to offer!

This was my first time staying at Sofitel Gold Coast, and it was a great experience from start to finish. To begin with, parking was very convenient with a flat fee of $39 per night. The lobby area felt warm and welcoming, setting the tone for the stay. The staff were all excellent - courteous, helpful, and genuinely positive, which made a big difference. Our room on the 21st floor was absolutely fabulous, featuring a balcony with a beautiful water view. We loved sitting there in the evening, enjoying a few glasses of wine and taking in the scenery. The room itself was spacious and well designed, with a separate working area that was perfect for me as I needed to spend a few hours working on my laptop. The food and cocktails were also quite good and added to the overall experience. We visit the Gold Coast often, and I would definitely consider staying at Sofitel again. Thank you to the team for making our stay so memorable.

This place is terrible! We just went there for holidays and stayed a week in this horrendous hotel. When we got here, the room was tiny and it costed an extra $80 a night for another portable, rusty and old single sized bed. As soon as we got the room, my son instantly went to the balcony, expecting a nice refreshing view and a decently cleaned space. It was the opposite. The door handle was FILLED, and i mean FILLED with mold rotting the whole space. The view was also not what was advertised. On the booking, it was a nice beachside view, but it turns out it, the view we recieved wasn't facing any river or ocean, it was mediocre at best. The only great thing about this hotel is the location. The location is basically what you're paying for. It's a minute away from woolworths and its a 5 minute walk from the beach. Overall, Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is an overhyped and expensive 5 star hotel that is 2 stars at best. WILL NEVER RETURN!

Chevron Room
Located on level 2 with direct access to the Oasis Shopping Centre, the Chevron Room offers an ideal setting for intimate presentations, seminars, or private board meetings. Adjacent to the secretariat, it is the only event space on this floor, enabling you exclusive use of the entire level. This exceptional venue is equipped with a built-in 16:9 projection screen and can accommodate up to 40 guests.
