The location, staffs and room itself are great. but I am disappointed how the quilt/the comforter didn’t have proper cover , it was basically covered with extra bedsheet. when I realised that and looked closely, it was not very pleasing sight(see pictures). If I am mistaken or there’s good explanation for this, I am more than happy to remove this review. Thanks

TL;DR: Go elsewhere, the location doesn't make up for everything else. Never again. Last time I stayed here we had issue after issue after issue. Having electricians let themselves into our room without knocking (thank God my girlfriend wasn't naked anymore) only to overhear them mention that a fault they'd flagged *last time* still hasn't been fixed months later... Screwing up our booking... Then again... Third time they had to upgrade us just to get us a room because they'd failed to book us the room facilities we'd specifically requested and confirmed over and over in writing. We should've learned our lesson, but no... We booked again because surely it couldn't be that bad for just three nights, right? RIGHT?!?! WRONG. Second night here I wake up after 3am to get a drink, accidentally knock a glass I hadn't seen off the counter. Glass explodes everywhere. I manage to get myself away from the shards without injury, get to my phone and call the hotel number hoping for at least a dustpan or something. Nope. "Oh that's too bad. There's no-one at that location right now so there's nothing I can do." Are you SERIOUS?!? So not only do guests not have access to even the most basic cleaning supplies as a dustpan and brush, but I have to wait until the manager gets in before I can fix my room being covered in broken glass?! Never again. We chose it because it's close to the hospital for my girlfriend's surgical procedure. It's not worth it. Go elsewhere, the location doesn't make up for everything else.

Had a great experience while staying here. My room was near perfect and the customer service was outstanding. They really accommodate for their guests which have disabilities (like me). The restaurant here has amazing food. Will be definitely be staying here again if I’m welcome back.

Roomy, clean, well appointed with comfortable bed. Only negative was electrical interference with the TV at times, so bad you couldn't watch it - but not all the time. Other than that, a great stay. USB charging stations in room would have been good.

Everything was pretty good, location and especially having the kitchenette, with kids! We couldn't connect to TV to watch netflix...need better instructions on how to. Might be cause I have Android 🤷♀️. There was a sewer smell from bathroom, but we just kept it shut and reported when we left, wasn't a huge deal and was such a busy time I didn't think they would be able to do anything. Sounds from other rooms could be heard, especially water pipes a d flushing but overall a good experience and would be back!
