Stay was perfectly fine, some reviews mention bar closed/rust/older property, which I don’t disagree with but it really doesn’t impact the stay. The pool and gardens are very well maintained but the buildings are showing some age. Re the bar it is open at times and does some food, it’s easy to walk to the restaurants in Salt Village for whatever you need. We booked a spa room, unfortunately the so was not working, we were moved to another room with the same layout without issue, the only downside was the pool view wasn’t quite as good. Overall I’d say it’s worth a stay, very relaxing and easy to get to the beach/village.

This is the third time we have been to Peppers and we love it. We love the room with the kitchen and lounge/dining area. The balcony overlooking the pool was just beautiful! Love the outdoor heated pool and hot spa. Great comfy bed. Service was great. Thank you. We'll be back 😎

Arrived today and very disappointed with the private pool. We paid extra for a spa room with a private plunge pool. But on arrival, the pool was filthy with too many leaves to use safely. It evidently had not been cleaned for days. Reception sent housekeeping with a small net and said the pool cleaning was contracted out. My husband ended up cleaning the pool himself with the net as housekeeping were understanding not meant to do it. We love Peppers, and the Salt village. But this was not a great start to the weekend and we certainly were not expecting to provide manual labour on arrival. Very disappointing.

Very happy with the resort as whole. Much prefer the larger room with the lounge and kitchen area. Loved having our own little plunge pool, even though it was too cold to swim. Great place to have a few days away with our amazing friends. The resort is within walking distance to some excellent restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Just a short drive to Kingscliff and other great venues to eat and shop.

The hotel was correct. the main intrance very charming. The room were very spacious. unfortunnately there was a poor water flow in the bathroom and there was a water leak in the linving room. I had double check prior arrival that a baby cot needed to be installed but nothing was done and i had to call and come twice to the reception before something could be done
