Very happy with the resort as whole. Much prefer the larger room with the lounge and kitchen area. Loved having our own little plunge pool, even though it was too cold to swim. Great place to have a few days away with our amazing friends. The resort is within walking distance to some excellent restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Just a short drive to Kingscliff and other great venues to eat and shop.

Great 2 night stay. Room with Spa. Although getting dated the Spa is excellent and shower pressure is brilliant. Comfortable bed and everything you need was in the room. Pool area was very well looked after and great for lying in the sun and relaxing. We'll be back. Thank you

Very disappointing experience – not recommended at all. We were shocked to find out that room cleaning wasn’t included in our stay. When we asked the staff why our room hadn’t been cleaned, they simply said, “It’s not part of your package.” How can a 5-star hotel possibly justify excluding basic housekeeping from its standard services? On top of that, the overall environment was far from clean or relaxing. Poor service, poor standards. Not worth the rating — we left feeling frustrated and let down

Very good service and location. Rooms were always kept neat and amenities filled. Staff was very friendly. I mentioned it was my wife's birthday and they upgraded me to a better pool view room and even gave us some good wine to enjoy.

Lovely view of the pool on ground floor. Has a nice resort vibe. Close to restaurants and beach. We were considering booking the private pool suite as i understood you would receive your own private pool, however upon walking around the venue, you can see that you actually have to share with your neighbour! Found the reception staff to be quite rude and dismissive
